SUZANNE STAGNON

Licensed Massage Therapist

Suzanne Stagner is a licensed massage therapist who loves what she does. She is a 2010 graduate from Bancroft School of Massage in 2010, and also holds certificates in Tracy Walton’s Intensive Workshops on Cancer and Massage, as well as Klose Training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Holistic health and wellness, with a focus on preventive healthcare, has always been a part of her lifestyle. She approaches her work with conscious intention, helping to facilitate one’s own ability to heal and nourish oneself in body, mind, and spirit. She uses an integrative approach to her work, incorporating deep tissue, myofascial and structural integration modalities where needed while ensuring her clients come off the table feeling relaxed and renewed.

In addition to her integrative approach to massage, she also specializes in Herbal Thai Compress Therapy, an ancient healing practice dating back 5000 years ago to an era when the knowledge of plants, including their effects through ingestion or application on the body, were painstakingly researched and then passed down from one generation to the next. This herbal therapy was designed to relieve pain and inflammation, and is very relaxing. A selection of therapeutic herbs, including prai, ginger, turmeric and lemongrass, are wrapped in a muslin compress, steamed and then applied to the body in gentle pressing, circular and rolling movements.

Monica’s Hours are as follows:

Wednesday 10:00-3:00 p.m.

Thursday 12:00-8:00 p.m.

Friday 10:00-5:00 p.m.

and every other Saturday 10:00-3:00 p.m.

Her hours will increase as her client base grows.
