Our Policies and Procedures

  • Cancellations

    A 50% charge will be due for any appointment cancelled with less than 12 hours notice. If an appointment is booked less than 12 hours in advance, a 50% deposit will be required. Failure to show up for an appointment will result in a 100% charge of the price of the service missed.

  • Late Arrivals

    Late arrivals will receive the time remaining of their scheduled service and will be responsible to pay the full price of their scheduled service.

  • Cell Phones

    Cell phones must be silenced/vibrate. We also ask that voices be kept to a low level when inside the building.

  • Gift Cards

    Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. They cannot be combined with any other offers. We are not responsible if lost or stolen.

  • Gratuities

    Gratuities are not included in the price of any services. They are a matter of personal discretion. 10-20% gratuity is a general guideline.

    Gratuities cannot be added to credit card transactions.

  • Refunds

    We guarantee your experience here will be an exceptional one. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the service provided, please let us know and we will gladly work with you to resolve any problems.
